CHP shuts down major East Bay roadway due to fog and multiple crashes on Friday including one that injured a fire captain

The CHP closed down busy Vasco Road in both directions for more than an hour on Friday due to fog and multiple crashes including one that injured a fire captain with the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District.
