Suspect arrested in killing of San Francisco city worker Jermaine Jackson

This morning, KTVU broke the news that San Francisco Police have made an arrest in the murder of a DPW worker, gunned down while on the job. Today Mayor Ed Lee ordered flags to be flown at half staff in honor of Jermaine Jackson who was shot and killed while removing graffiti near SF General Hospital.
