Four injured in Oakland crash off Highway 13, car slammed into tree

our people were injured in an Oakland crash Friday morning, where a good Samaritan called paramedics who had to pull the driver out after the car slammed into a tree. The crash was reported about 3:30 a.m. off Highway 13 on Redwood Road Alex Savidge reports.
