Woman miscarries, victim of suspected Sonoma Co. DUI crash

A man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence for a crash on state Highway 12 east of Sebastopol late Monday afternoon that caused a pregnant driver in another car to miscarry, according to the California Highway Patrol.
