Attorneys in Ghost Ship Fire civil suit say warehouse owner should be charged

The owner of an Oakland warehouse that officials say was illegally turned into living spaces was not mentioned when prosecutors announced long-anticipated charges stemming from a fire that killed 36 people at a dance party at the site.
