TODAY'S FORECAST: Red flag warning still in effect for much of Bay Area

KTVU meteorologist Steve Paulson said there is still a red flag warning for much of the Bay Area though the winds are gusting up to 30 mph, which is less than earlier in the week, and temperatures should also be a bit cooler.
