Vigil held for Oakland's youngest victim of homicide this year

A 13-year-old boy who had just finished dinner was killed in East Oakland last Tuesday in Oakland. Eight days later a vigil was held for the teen. The family is grieving and trying to move forward after an unthinkable loss.
