5 arrested in Concord teen's death mix of adults, juveniles; police seek charges

Concord Police say the five males arrested in connection to a Concord teen's death were a mix of juveniles and adults and that the adult was the shooter. They will seek murder and conspiracy to murder charges from the District Attorney later this week.
