OPD chief to address Oakland City Council over controversial ICE raid

We spoke with Oakland Police Chief Anne Kirkpatrick at Oakland City Hall Tuesday about her handling of the police department's involvement in an ICE raid that happened this past summer. She says she never acted with deceit, amid criticisms the department shouldn't be collaborating with on deportations due to Oakland's sanctuary city status.
