Unions reject Oakland's final offer after four-day strike, take to streets

Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf said on Friday that the two unions whose members have been striking for four days rejected the city's final offer made to them shortly before nearly 3,000 city workers took to the streets in protest. Alex Savidge reports
