Good Samaritan first on scene of demolished CHP patrol car

Adin Stein was on his way home from his sister-in-law’s Christmas Eve party when he saw an awful sight: A red Cadillac swerving on the highway, a crumpled CHP patrol car on the side of the road. He and his wife were the first on scene.
