Mark Farrell appointed interim Mayor of San Francisco, replacing London Breed

There were tense moments at San Francisco City Hall Tuesday culminating with the ouster of acting Mayor London Breed who will be replaced by Supervisor Mark Farrell as the interim mayor after a vote from the Board of Supervisors. Jana Katsuyama reports.
