Solano Co. DA files new charges in bizarre Vallejo kidnapping case
Three years after a kidnapping ordeal police called a hoax, Solano County's district attorney has filed rape charges against Matthew Muller who is already in federal prison serving a 40-year sentence in the case of a couple that was just awarded a $2.5 million settlement from the city of Vallejo.
