Santa Clara Co. Sheriff’s Office to reintroduce ‘riot guns’

Years after banning the use of riot guns in the Santa Clara County Jail, the sheriff has decided to re-introduce them as part of their revised "Use of Force" policy. Ann Rubin reports.
