East Bay chef jailed on bank robbery charges

A chef from Lafayette and former restaurant owner was jailed Friday on bank robbery charges. His arrest, a shock to those who know him and have followed his cooking career. Debora Villalon reports Valentino Luchin is in custody in Richmond.
