How ranked-choice voting will play into SF's mayoral race

It appears likely the San Francisco mayoral race may be decided by ranked-choice voting. The system, also known as instant runoff, comes into play if none of the candidates gets more than 50 percent of the vote. Jana Katsuyama reports.
