Man tells story of CHP officers talking him down from Golden Gate Bridge

In 2005, Kevin Berthia was just seconds away from jumping off the Golden Gate Bridge. He was over the railing, but a CHP officer saw him, ended up talking and listening to Kevin for 90 minutes before before Kevin finally climbed back up over the railing.
