‘Jogger Joe’ charged with robbery for allegedly stealing cellphone

A man dubbed "Jogger Joe" after video emerged on social media websites of him throwing a homeless man's belongings into Lake Merritt in Oakland last Friday has been charged with second-degree robbery for allegedly stealing the cellphone of a man who recorded him the next day.
