Union Square restaurant manager says 'hookers' harass him, make area unsafe

A night manager at a San Francisco Union Square Lori's Diner says he no longer feels safe going to work on Powell Street. He says prostitutes, drug dealers and mentally ill people have a growing presence that makes him uncomfortable.
