Police officer adopts baby girl

A North Bay family is celebrating the adoption of a baby girl. Notable because the adoptive dad is a police officer and the birth mom is a homeless woman he befriended while on patrol. "We developed sort of a friendship in a strange sort of way," Santa Rosa Police Officer Jesse Whitten told KTVU. Debora Villalon reports
