TODAY'S FORECAST: One more day of unhealthy air quality, rain on the way

KTVU meteorologist Steve Paulson says the air quality is still unhealty. Rain is in the forecast for tomorrow and again on Thursday. As much as three inches of rain is expected in the North Bay.
