San Jose Mayor Liccardo expected to make full recovery after bike accident

San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo is expected to make a full recovery�after he suffered bruises, scrapes and minor fractures when he was struck by�a vehicle Tuesday as he was bicycling, the mayor's office said Wednesday.
