Oakland schools meet to discuss layoffs, $20M in budget cuts
Oakland school officials are meeting Wednesday night to discuss a plan to cut more than $20 million from the district budget in a plan that includes layoffs. Tonight's meeting is against a backdrop where teachers are threatening to go on strike. KTVU's Rob Roth reports.
