Falling concrete that closed Richmond-San Rafael Bridge creates traffic nightmare

Falling concrete from the upper, westbound deck to the lower eastbound deck of the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge has created a traffic nightmare for North Bay and East Bay drivers Thursday. KTVU's Alyana Gomez reports.
