Oakland teachers prepare to strike

The possibility of a teachers' strike is still looming in Oakland. The district is looking for temporary teachers so it can keep schools open, but some teachers and parents have concerns about the qualifications of those who may end up getting hired. KTVU's Rob Roth reports.
