Growing number of Mountain View vehicle dwellers may face new restrictions

Protesters gathered outside Mountain View City Hall Tuesday night as city leaders considered placing severe restrictions on the growing number of people living in their cars or RVs. City leaders are considering a number of options, whether to restrict parking by time such as overnight hours, by location or by the size of vehicles. KTVU's Azenith Smith reports.
