24 arrested at rally for higher wages, elimination of temporary status amid contract negotiations

San Francisco police arrested 24 people Thursday evening during a protest outside of City Hall, attended by hundreds of city workers amid contract negotiations with their employer. KTVU's Jana Katsuyama reports.
