Family sues Tesla after Apple engineer dies in Mountain View crash

Tesla is facing a wrongful death lawsuit as the family of an Apple engineer who died when his Model X accelerated and crashed into a highway barrier on US Highway 101  says the company's software is not safe. Allie Rasmus reports
