Calls to increase funding for Oakland's 'ceasefire' program

Oakland Ceasefire is credited with helping reduce the number of shootings and homicides in the city by half over the past six years. Despite those statistics, Oakland marked its 27th homicide of 2019 on Wednesday night. Now there are calls to expand funding for the program.
