Ride-share boycott planned ahead of Uber's IPO

Some drivers are uncertain, but others say they'll turn off their ride-share app ahead of Uber's IPO this Friday to let the company know how important their workforce is. The organized boycott addresses drivers who are dissatisfied with pay and benefits and how they're treated. KTVU's Jana Katsuyama reports.
