Concert honors Victor McElhaney, slain son of Oakland city councilwoman

A special concert was held Tuesday to honor the slain son of Oakland city councilwoman Lynette Gibson McElhaney. Her 21-year-old son Victor, was a talented musician, but his murder two months ago remains unsolved. KTVU's Amber Lee reports.
