SFPD alleges theft conspiracy in leaked police report

San Francisco's police chief William Scott defended the actions of his department when officers raided a freelance journalist's home. Speaking at a press conference Tuesday afternoon, Chief Scott said that videographer Bryan Carmody is considered by investigators as a possible co-conspirator in the theft of a leaked police report.
