People in wheelchairs concerned about new BART fare gate designs

The new BART fare gate prototype, installed at the Richmond station is designed to curtail fare evaders, but disabled rights and accessibility activists say they pose a new problem and could cause physical harm to riders in wheelchairs. KTVU's Jana Katsuyama reports.
