Oakland city official wants to close part of 37th Avenue, clear Home Depot homeless encampment

Oakland city councilman Noel Gallo wants to shut down part of 37th Avenue behind the High Street Home Depot for 18 months because of a growing homeless encampment. KTVU's Amber Lee reports he blames the encampment for crime, theft and violence in the surrounding neighborhood.
