Richmond residents call for coal ban, company says it would cost jobs

A vigorous coal debate is underway in the city of Richmond where there was a packed house at city hall. KTVU's Jana Katsuyama reports community groups called for a city-wide ban on the storage and handling of coal and petroleum. But the company that opearates the coal facility says that a ban would cost dozens of jobs.
