Oakland to get 9th marijuana dispensary since state legalized recreational sales
Oakland is getting its 9th marijuana dispensary since sales of recreational cannabis became legal in California back in January 2018. Have a Heart Oakland co-owner Joshua Case says he doesn't think it's ironic at all that they'll be neighbors with OPD headquarters since they went through the proper legal channels to set up shop.
