San Jose police chief raises Pride flag outside department's headquarters
San Jose Police became one of the first major departments in the country to raise the LGBTQ Pride flag outside their headquarters on Friday. KTVU's Ann Rubin reports in conjunction with this weekend's Pride festivities, the police chief is sending a message that all are welcome here.
