City of Richmond yellow tags storage shed, family will now stay in shelter

In Richmond, a mother and her two young children are staying in a shelter after the city yellow-tagged their home. KTVU's Alyana Gomez reports their home was no ordinary rental unit, but an un-permitted storage shed. This is also not the first time the landlord was warned about renting out these kinds of sheds.
