SF Supervisor calls for comprehensive plan to address open drug dealing, opioid crisis

San Francisco Sup. Matt Haney has successfully pushed for a street-level drug task force that would have oversight over areas like the Tenderloin and SoMa. He's also asking for the Department of Public Health to declare a public health crisis over the opioid epidemic. The supervisor joined us on The Four and said it's the most deadly epidemic in the city today.
