Families, merchants cope with PG&E outages in East Bay Hills

PG&E said there are still 3,000 customers without power Thursday night in the East Bay Hills. KTVU's Amber Lee reports a supply store remained resilient and opened. Transactions were made the old fashioned way: with pen and paper.
