Sway Fest champions Oakland’s hip-hop scene, emphasizes giving back to community

Downtown Oakland was filled with music on Friday for Sway Fest, a free hip-hop music block party hosted by the well-known radio talk-show host. All of the artists who performed are from Oakland and their message was about giving back to the community.
