Orinda call logs show timeline of deadly Halloween party

The logs show that Orinda had no police officers patrolling its streets for at least two hours that night beginning at 8:48 p.m. until 11:01 p.m., about 10 minutes after the deadly shooting occurred. Allie Rasmus reports
