Novato anticipates more Pacific Gas and Electric power outages this week

The latest round of Pacific Gas and Electric public safety power outages could affect as many as 300,000 customers the utility said on Monday. KTVU's Debora Villalon reports from Novato, where the town is divided by the utility patchwork.
