CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Off-duty officer attacked by teens in Emeryville

An attack involving an off-duty officer and a group of teens at Emeryville's Bay Street was all caught on camera. The officer said it all started after a woman accused the group of teens of stealing her cellphone.
