Rain today, wind and snow advisories

Meteorologist Rosemary Orozco says the wet weather will start coming down this afternoon and last through Saturday evening into Sunday morning. There will be a wind and flash flood advisory and a winter storm warning for the Sierra. Temps in the 60s.
