San Francisco prepares for more rain after weekend's floods

Neighbors in San Francisco's West Portal neighborhood near 15th avenue and Wawona are still surveying damage and drying out from this weekend's floods where in some cases, sewage came up through resident's toilets and plumbing was overcome.
