70-year-old Christmas tradition
In the hills of the east bay, you’ll find a Christmas tradition now in its 70th year. It was created by an Indian immigrant who wanted to bring joy to his family and community. Tonight, as they do every year, they turned on the lights for all to see. Nestled in the hills of El Cerrito on Moeser Lane, you’ll find the handiwork of Sundar Shadi. Greg Liggins reports
