Chesa Boudin sworn in as San Francisco's 30th district attorney

Former deputy public defender Chesa Boudin has been inaugurated as San Francisco's 30th district attorney. KTVU's Amber Lee reports Boudin is promising to overhaul what he's called a broken justice system and has already implemented a major policy.
