Gov. Newsom completes statewide homeless tour, visits Oakland

Governor Gavin Newsom completed his statewide homelessness tour in Oakland on Thursday. Earlier, this week he visited Grass Valley, Riverside and Fresno. Newsom promised state support to cities grappling with the homeless crisis.
