San Francisco Chinese New Year Parade is on despite coronavirus concerns

San Francisco City Hall hosted its annual Chinese New Year celebration Monday night under the rotunda. KTVU's Amber Lee was there to gauge the impact of the coronavirus health scare on upcoming events in the city.
